I purchased a brand New Newmar RV Freightliner chassis and immediately had a antifreeze leak. Carolina RV where I purchased was very unhelpful but these guys made up for it 10X. I spoke with service mgr Michael who immediately showed concern and offered to have someone come to my house within a week. Very impressive since it was the Christmas week. I told him no rush as long as he got here at some point. He texted Monday and said we can be to you Tuesday morning. Clarence showed up and immediately diagnosed the problem corrected it and took it upon himself to tighten everything that should have been done before I drove it off the lot at Carolina RV which was not done. Techs don’t listen to customers. part’s replacers. Only understand protocol instead of thinking for themselves. 5 service writers, only one you half ways count on. They only want to email because none of them actually know anything about a truck, so don’t expect them to ever call. Horrible customer service.

Be very careful with this location. I had a previous repair at Campbell Supply that WAS fully covered under my extended warranty (this was before the DEF line heater issue). That experience is exactly why I returned here again. For the DEF line heater fault, before dropping off the truck, I showed the service advisor the active fault codes and specifically asked whether this issue was covered under my extended warranty. Based on those codes, I was told yes. After I dropped off the truck, I received a $1,800 bill, and was told that if I decided not to proceed with repairs, diagnostics alone would cost $700, even though the fault had already been identified beforehand. Eventually, the repair was partially processed through warranty, but I was still charged $134, with the explanation that “so

Bill comes back $200 more than I was told on the phone an hour earlier. These guys charge $224/hr for labor and still have to inflate their hours, charge an additional diag fee (we already knew the problem), and $70 for shop supplies which we all know is a bogus charge. I was told its to pay for laptops and cleaning supplies? Come on guys. Never again. what a rip off. Fleet owner here with 20+ trucks and I rarely take the time to leave a review.

I’ve dealt with many different dealers when ordering parts, but no one compares to Marquis at Campbell. He is one of the most dedicated parts specialists I’ve ever met. He knows his parts inside and out, and if there’s ever something he doesn’t know, he goes above and beyond to find the answer. Marquis is professional, well-mannered, and always follows up without me having to chase him. It’s rare to find someone with that kind of work ethic nowadays. I truly hope Campbell values him as much as their customers do!
