Camper City Truck Accessories

Took my truck here to get my trailer harness fixed. Got it home to discover I had no lights still. After a bit, I figured out I had a short somewhere in it, when i slightly jiggled the harness, lights would kick on momentarily, connectors were good, wiring itself had a problem, and my other truck worked just fine for the trailers. It's an older truck so wasn't surprising that it gave trouble. I took the truck back the next day and let them know it didn't work to be met with "Well it worked when it left yesterday." I immediately knew from the tone of that response, this was not going to be a friendly encounter. My truck was belittled multiple times followed by many mentions about how it was done right and it wasn't their fault, but it's the trucks fault for being older (It's an 02 F350). Fi

Excellent and honorable place. James was awesome, patience, knowledge and kind. We highly recommend this place. It's sometimes hard to find good businesses that are fair, honest, with highly competitive prices.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Called to get a quote on something, he got my info then placed me on hold for 10 minutes then they hung up. I called back and he said he hadn’t had a chance to do the quote yet because it was busy. That’s understandable to me, so I said that’s no problem, I got the quote and said I’ll call back when I’m ready to go forward with it. I called back less than an hour later to order it, asked for the associate who helped me, and was told he was busy and did I mind waiting. I again said no problem I’ll wait. Placed on hold for another 10 minutes, they hung up AGAIN. Completely unprofessional.

I’ve had several purchases and services hear in the last 2 years and have been satisfied with all. Highly recommend!!!
