Camping World - Avondale

Went to this dealership because they had the only keystone cougar that met our specific options we were looking for. Being a 2025 model, I thought they would be ready to make a deal. Initially they treated us like their best friends until I requested a private 3rd party inspection before signing any papers. That's when they started the sales pressure to just buy and get it off the lot. Got to where the sales and finance people would not even talk to us but I pushed on ( against my own judgment ) because we did not want to have to go to Texas or Colorado to purchase. Inspection revealed major electrical problems that they said if their mechanics could not fix, it would likely be sent back to manufacturer. That's when Camping World canceled the sale without further explanation. I feel it

Stopped on our way to Phoenix for an oil change in our generator (which takes couple of minutes) because we don’t have the tool to do it. We also need to check the pressure in our tires… upon arrival we where welcomed at service with no smile, nothing to make us comfortable. It’s by far the worst Camping World, customers service is not a priority at this one! 👎

My wife and I purchased a used motorhome from the Surprise location six months ago. Our needs since changed and we decided to buy a fifth wheel. Found a couple units we liked at the Avondale store. After browsing the inventory, we had to leave the dealership for a bit and we asked our salesman to start putting some numbers together. Before deciding to return to the store to deal on the trailer, I decided to call our salesperson to see where the numbers came out knowing we might have a little negative equity to work in. Well, the salesman informed us they would give us $24k for our trade in.
