Camping World - Boyertown

My experience at Camping World in Boyertown, PA was truly a blessing during a stressful time for my family. The entire team was professional, compassionate, and treated us with genuine respect. They took their time to listen to our situation and helped us find an RV that truly met our family’s needs without any pressure. What stood out most was how patient and understanding they were. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our decision and that we had what we needed. In times like these, it means a lot to deal with real people who care. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism and would highly recommend Camping World in Boyertown to anyone looking for an RV and a team that treats you with dignity and respect.

We purchased our 2024 camper off the lot in spring of 2025 when Camping World just opened their new retail/service store in Boyertown, Pa. We “newbies” received excellent service from the start. Sales helped us find the right travel trailer in our budget. Finance helped us through the purchase and explained our benefits with GoodSam membership, which by the way has been worth it. The retail shop has honored all our benefits as members including discounts and service perks. We had an issue with our door which was damaged prior to our time of purchase. Camping World service department helped advocate for our warranty repairs and as a result, Forest River honored our warranty. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received thus far. Scott and Sutton are amazing! We came in just looking to get an idea of what we wanted and fell in love with a trailer on the lot. They worked on getting us the best deal and they were both so friendly and personable.

Johnny is without a doubt one of the best in the business. He was super friendly, professional, and just down to earth. His knowledge and passion for the RV industry is unmatched. They get a three star review because the price was better than anywhere else. R.V was supposed to be delivered after repairs were done, delivered with anymore being done. The orientation was a joke. I know nothing.I just signed the paper because I felt like I had to. I guess I'll figure it out on Youtube. I do not recommend buying from this place unless you have experience with an rv. So far i'm regretting this purchase because I don't see us ever using it i feel incredibly unprepared
