Camping World - Chattanooga

I recently purchased a fifth wheel camper from Camping World in Chattanooga. I would like to commend Tristan, the salesperson who assisted us, for his professionalism, knowledge, and courteous service. He made the purchasing process smooth and positive, and based on our experience with him, we would recommend Camping World Chattanooga. Regrettably, the delivery company recommended by Camping World, Nooga Transport LLC, did not meet professional standards. The individual we interacted with, Ashley, was rude and unprofessional in her communication. The camper was not delivered as expected and was left at the bottom of our driveway, despite full payment being taken for the delivery service. I went to purchase an RV last Saturday. The salesperson did a good job. Given that, the document process was not so good. After four sets of documents there was still an error. I gave up. I paid cash and they tried documenting it as if they were financing. One was the requirements was proof of insurance. I guess they also didn’t know insurance offices are closed on weekends and insurance companies usually allow seven days for documentation. And after verification with TN motor vehicles they do not require registration for truck campers, yet they wanted to charge fees. I am a lifetime Good Sam member and have been a customer of Camping World for years. Probably not anymore.

My husband and I went to Camping World Chattanooga, with the intention of "just looking." Our salesman, Joey Cutrer was fantastic with us. He listened to what we wanted, asked the right questions, explained the ins and outs of each travel trailer we walked into. Two days later, we walked away with the trailer we wanted. In summary, we had a fantastic experience with the staff at Camping World Chattanooga. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend.

I had a number of issues to deal with on my 5th wheel camper. I worked with Jessica who was very polite and informative. She sent me quotes. They discovered issues on my roof and sent pictures to show the issue. They also did an insurance claim on a problem that occurred from a tire blowout. Also had an electrical issue covered by extend warranty that they fixed. Had to have some fiberglass work done on the front nose. She helped me work through all the issues. On getting it back I inspected it all and they did an excellent job on all the work. I recommend them for any body work. They took care of all the issues and my out of pocket money was less than the estimated price. I had a excellent experience throughout the entire process.

I bought my first camper from Camping world and my experience couldn't have gone better. Tyson was my salesman and he has been nothing short of great to deal with. He has continued to call and follow up with me every step along the way. The finance dept. has been easy to deal with as well dealing Eric and Phillip. The ladies up front were delightful and very friendly. Great experience all the way around.
