Camping World - Coburg

Tried to purchase a class A at the end of June, agreed on price. Got 2 emails from them and then silence. They said salesman had a couple days off. No response from them. I lost the Class A that I wanted. I’ve never seen sales people who didn’t want to make a sale before. Disturbing.

I had a excellent experience. I believe the person that helped me his name was Brad? He's the Is maintenance/mechanic guy. He was very Knowledgeable and had a passion for his job. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be going back to get work done on my toy hauler. Store was clean very organized. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Somethings are a little pricey. Restrooms very clean. Very good quality things sold here. Found so cute camping decorations as well. Oh the also have a Doggy aisle. If you are looking for a scooter they have that too. Cool ,clean ,organized store.

Bought a brand new trailer from camping world, its been back twice for warranty issues. The most current time (the second time) i dropped it off on December 17th and needed to pick it up by December 29th. I had a list of repairs that would be covered under factory warranty. I was called the 23rd and said it could pick it up as some things were waiting on parts from the factory. I told service when I dropped it off that if out of all the issues I brought it in for there was only 1 that I absolutely HAD TO HAVE REPAIRED by the 29th. I was told it was completed. When I arrived the afternoon of the 29th to get the trailer, camping world hadn't even touched the trailer, the part was a dining room table that broke off its mounts and needed to be reinstalled and glued to the flood. Thats it. A

We took our trailer in with hopes of selling it to them and they didn't give us a price we were hoping for, so we decided to just keep the trailer. Once at home, we realized someone left the lights on, therefore draining the batteries (which they said need replaced and they are only a year old). Our trailer was also winterized because it is January and someone used the toilet and left their urine in there 🤢 Everything they told us needed fixed runs on battery, so it seems like maybe they drained the batteries intentionally. They also said there were damages to the roof and we should just file an insurance claim on everything so they can fix it, then buy it. Never again will we consider doing business at Camping World. They are a scam!

Needless to say, Camping world has delivered a crappy experience. Bought a new trailer and had slide out issues. Dropped it off in August and just picked it up in January. Had to cancel 3 trips, paid storage, made payments, and had insurance. The service depart.ent was just doing their jobs. JP is absolutely no help and once you bought it, he could care less. He'll answer but never call back. Not saying I wouldn't buy from camping world, but definitely won't purchase from here again.
