We had a very pleasant experience today with Mr. David Salem. He helped my wife and I get our first camper, a Coleman 13r. The gentleman was not pushy at ALL. We came in knowing what we wanted and he didn’t talk us out of it, even though it is the smallest and cheapest trailer on the lot. He actually agreed that it was perfect for us and I was surprised. I expected to be upsold. I expected to be an even more unfavorable customer paying for it in full, AND using a credit card. I learned they don’t charge a fee for card processing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and only spent two hours between looking at everything they had to offer and walking out papers signed. 10/10 experience. We've had nothing but problems with our travel trailer. Shower not working, for water heater not working, heater not working and it's brand new. Was told it will be weeks before we can get in for service, that they will have to keep it for weeks and that I will have to pay out of pockets for them to fix everything. It's less than 3 months old. Turns out they never completed the inspection or filed out the form on the trailer, so I am unable to complete my warranty on it. Heartland/Jayco won't return my calls (left 15 messages in 3 weeks), the manufacturer of the non working parts (Suburban) won't return my calls, left numerous messages for them we well. Check absolutely everything before buying here. Or go somewhere else. I wish I would have bought private instead. They also sold me an ext

Nice people, terrible service experience. No communication, had my trailer in there for over a month with a list of things I wanted them to look into that never got done. Finally had to call them after a month of the trailer being there to see what the heck was going on, they still hadn’t ordered parts for my warranty claim for a jack. Told them I had a trip coming up and two weeks and would be picking up the trailer whether it’s done or not. Had to to call them again before picking it up by the day I said I would, still not done. And parts “ordered”. So after a month and a half in, hardly anything was done. Update weeks later: the jack is supposedly in, take the trailer in and it’s supposed to be a one day job. I call them around 4 and see if I’m picking up the trailer that day or not, c
