Camping World - Concord

I checked availability online and received a call from Camping World the very next day. They scheduled a one-on-one tour where I had the chance to explore different RVs tailored to my needs. The customer service was excellent, the prices were affordable, and the whole process was smooth—I ended up buying my RV the same day.

So my situation wasnt buying for recreation, due to health issues I let my house decline and need to tear it out. And decided this would be a good route to go. I found a used unit anout 2 hours away, got a bank loan, and Griffin had it brought out, and I got a great deal with the process being pretty painless. I got excellent service and highly recommend as they went out of their way to get me the unit I wanted. Great service.

Leaving zero stars because the professionalism and customer care at this place is non existent. We are a younger couple with two small children looking for a smaller camper to purchase for our annual family vacation we attend twice a year. We were working with a young man with a name that starts with “R” that showed us 3 different campers for our budget and camper size we were looking for. One of the campers we viewed was a Coleman Lantern 17B listed for clearance. Upon getting into the camper to view it, there was a smell. I straight up told the man this was a no go, and then proceeded to open the fridge to see ROTTEN food still inside of the camper from the last owner. Every time we go to camping world we go to camping world we get shafted we went to concord store to buy a small camper did the credit app went through they had us put the down payment and put insurance on it sat there for almost 6hr then they told us it didn’t go through because we live in a campground they said they were trying to get the bank to understand it’s been since Saturday I called today the guy in finance finally told me they had no luck I ordered never found out if I didn’t call today this is about the fifth or sixth time I’ve had a problem with Camping World in Florida and North Carolina in South Carolina. I purchased a Camper for this store and everything was told to me from the video to all the paperwork it was a 2022 and I bought the camper and once I did then it was discovered it was actually a 2021 with recalls and multiple issues that were not disclosed. Yes the people were friendly for the most part. But I still have not been able to use the camper since all the paperwork was wrong so I can not get it registered to get a plate and has been sitting in storage. I sent multiple emails to them and never got a response. I just finally got someone to contact me and send paperwork but even that paperwork is incorrect. I am not sure about this location at all.
