Camping World - Denton

I want to be sure that Allen, the service tech at Lewisville, Texas, and Jake, the service tech at the Denton, Texas location, get recognition for their expertise and caring attitude. I wish all Camping World technicians had their attitude and were as concerned about the customer as these two men. I also want to give Kimberly the service adviser kudos, she has been very helpful and delightful to work with as we address the many issues and problems we have had to deal with. Overall, the team at Denton has been the most friendly, knowledgeable and attentive of all the Camping World locations we have been to!

Hello camping community I just wanted to acknowledge Blake, Kurt and Tyrell for wonderful service, they actually helped us get my father-in-law into his first camper, they want above and beyond to make the transaction as smoothly as possible. They were also fast and efficient. So Kurt was The finance manager, Blake, I believe is a sales rep and Tyrell was the technician that did the initial walk-through with us. Kurt was unbelievably friendly and inviting, as well as straightforward and considerate. Now Blake doesn’t give your typical sales rep. We all know the kind I’m talking about. He to was transparent and understanding of the situation. At camping world Denton Texas today we were going to look at a few campers as I got on the back of the golf cart I cut my leg pretty bad on the bar to hold onto to get up on the cart The guy showing us the rvs Ethen ran and got me a bandaid it was non stop bleeding I had a bag in the truck for this type of thing so Ethan took me to the truck to get my bag it still would not stop bleeding it was a nasty cut!!! So we got back inside and Tonya and another female short brown hair said oh my let us help took me to a chair then Christy comes in a (emt) that works for camping world and she totally fixed me up..wrapped it cleaned it this crew was absolutely incredible THANK YOU camping world of Denton TX for all you did!! Thank you so much Christy for taking your time to fix my leg up like you did

I’ll give credit where it’s due — but honestly, they hardly had any selection on the lot. The few new RVs they did have were way overpriced. The real kicker was when they offered me $15,000 for my two-year-old RV that’s in immaculate condition. That’s the kind of lowball offer that makes you shake your head. It’s the classic sleazy dealership move — they want you to take pennies for your trade while charging full price for something that’s not even in the same league as what you already own. No worries though. I went down the road to another RV dealer and ended up with a newer, higher-quality RV from a better manufacturer, with a stronger warranty and an honest deal that actually made sense. Moral of the story: • Don’t get caught up in the hype or flashy ads. • Read the reviews. • Do yo
