Camping World - Fresno

This review is for Matthew on behalf of my husband. We recently got an rv and were having issues with the water heater. We called to see if parts were available and my husband spoke with Matt on the phone. He was incredibly patient and kind and explained quite a few things we didn’t know. My husband also took a trip to the store where Matt helped him again. Matt is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My husband who is not one for reviews asked if I could help him write a review, and here we are. Thank you Matt!

Purchased a 2019 NO Boundaries travel trailer and have brought it back 4 times already. Absolutely NO reimbursement and horrible results. The parts department is an A++. The women that work in that department are extremely helpful and Informative. The service dept does know whose coming or going and NO lead way or reimbursement from them either. I was extremely happy with the sales department until I gave them my money and drove away with my TT, but as soon as I did that, it was nothing but dead air and singing birds. Came back for the 4th time to have my TT flushed and sanitized and was told it would be on longer than an hour🤬🤬🤬🤦🤦🤦 3 1/2 hours later and still no TT. Would give zero/negative stars if possible. Brought my RV in on 7/10 to get awning repaired. After 6 weeks and a dozen phone calls, the service advisor told me that the work was complete. I went all the way to the dealer and found that they had not even ordered the parts or started the work. I took it home so they would have an opportunity to order the parts and brought it back two weeks later. On 9/14, more than three months after initial drop off, the parts were still not ordered. They did replace a control module which they charged me $400 for which was not broken as far as I can tell. I picked the rig up today, still not fixed, but I do not trust camping world of Fresno to perform any service on any vehicle. Take your business elsewhere. We bought our 5th wheel, 2 $1400 generators, upgraded our 2 sofas to Ashley sofas off of the show room floor and an assortment of cords plugs and other stuff. I traveled over an hour to go down and find out about my Inverter. They treated me like I was an idiot. They told me...exact words, we aren't an auto parts store. They were not helpful at all!!! I finally told them "forget it I'll ask an electrician. I walked out and don't plan on going back! For the record, we want to upgrade our 5th wheel in the spring. No here!!!
