I have had a phenomenal experience with this business and it’s great employees.. Ryan and Karen were very kind, attentive, and helpful to me. I’m very grateful to have found a place to be my spot for all maintenance on my 2021 Coachmen Beyond. Thank you guys ! 🚨 Zero Star Review for Camping World of Lakewood, NJ🚨Camping World I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the service department at Camping World of Lakewood, and I can't express how disappointed I am with their handling of my camper's repairs. I was originally told that the repair would take just 24 hours, but my camper has now been in their possession for over two weeks without any updates. Every time I called for a follow-up, I was met with the frustrating news that my service advisor was on vacation, and no one else could provide me with information about my unit. It felt like my concerns were completely ignored. As a hardworking American, I expected better service, especially given the amount of money I’ve invested in this brand new unit. We came in for a Coleman keystone 13b. Nicki was our sales woman,she was fantastic. At no point did I feel like they were just trying to get money out of my pocket. She is also an RV owner. She sold us on the lifestyle rather than the product. Then we met Ken. He explained everything in great detail and really took the time out. Ken went above and beyond in helping us just before we towed out. He really explained everything,being it was our first time towing anything. Any question we had, somebody took the time to get us the answers. Then we met Chet, who did our walk through with us. He walked us top to bottom. DO NOT BUY FROM CAMPING WORLD . . . PERIOD!! WE PURCHASED A 2016 THOR MIRAMAR AND IT’S A LEMON! THERE’S AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH WATER LEAKING ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. ON OUR FIRST ROAD TRIP TO FL, WE HAD TO TAKE IT TO CAMPING WORLD IN KISSIMMEE. WHEN OUR INSURANCE ADJUSTER CHECKED THE RV, WE WERE TOLD IT HAD DRY ROT FROM YEARS OF LEAKAGE AND THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER SOLD THE VEHICLE. WE WERE QUOTED $10,000 TO REPAIR. WE CONTACTED CORPORATE AND THEY WERE GRACIOUS AND WE FELT BLESSED THAT CORPORATE WAS HONORING THERE MOTTO, “IF YOUR NOT HAPPY, I’M NOT HAPPY.” THEY PAID FOR THE REPAIRS. HOWEVER, A YEAR LATER, IT’S BACK AT CAMPING WORLD LAKEWOOD IN LAKEWOOD FOR SAME REPAIR, LEAKING PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW AND SOME OTHER REPAIRS. NOW, THEY TELL US THAT THE FIBER GLASS HAS WORN OUT AND IT’LL C
