Camping World - Las Vegas

So my review is kind of a mixed bag. I had a horrible experience in St. George Utah, where the sales people acted like I was wasting their time and if you read other people’s reviews from the St. George location, they experienced the same thing but I had found a camper up there that I really liked so I went down to the Las Vegas location and they stepped up to the plate and went and got the camper and helped me to complete the transaction. The salesman was very attentive until now when I have a few concerns and now he is MIA and doesn’t respond. I guess the business practice is make the sale and wash your hands of the customer. I paid $1495 for what they call a pre-delivery inspection and for the most part they did a good job because they found safety issues with the camper that they repla

Great counter guy. Newest products told me for the price. This one is the least amount of return defective part. I bought one third it in the bunk under the motorhome and drove down the road. Got to Phoenix. Costco filled it up with gas and drove around back and the lot was full so I drove over to an empty yard and jacked the motorhome up. Turned the air conditioner on and replaced the pump. Yeehaw this new one's quiet. I let the store on North I-25 Longmont Colorado that they have some great competition.

Best place in Las Vegas to fulfill all of your RV needs. The attached retail store has every accessory you’ll need for any trip. The largest selection to shop from with fair prices. Consignment process is stress free and fair, and the service department is very friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating to my schedule. I will be returning for my maintenance and when I’m ready to trade up for something Bigger! Recommended to friends and family.

I have been struggling with this camper since I purchased it. Figured I'd be ready to roll. Ended up in another state with a leaky toilet, leaky shower, and now my hot water isnt working. Getting help has been like pulling teeth. Horrible customer service. I would just avoid this place. They sold me a broken camper. Thanks alot Benny. Front desk, Francis, horrible customer service, unprofessional. Ed in service, pretty incompetent if you ask me. All around regretting my purchase.

Highly recommend buying an RV here thanks to their excellent Services! I recently had my RV serviced at Camping World Las Vegas, and Ed Urban was fantastic. He was professional and made sure to accommodate my busy schedule perfectly. Good warranty service and support is the main reason I’d recommend buying from this location.
