They have a good variety of RV’s to choose from both new and used. They also have a lot of different items that you can buy in their lounge area and I’m told they have a great service department. The only personal observation I can really make is that they are a bit pushy on the sales side. My wife and I went in to get some education on the different types of trailers and their floor plans. We had no intentions of buying, but were constantly pushed on buying something that day.

Large place and you can become overwhelmed easily. Thankfully they have a great deal of patience and also a great deal of options. They worked us through until we found the perfect fit for us. We love our new camper!

I recently purchased my first camper from this dealership. My salesman, Brandon, was especially helpful in understanding my needs and what I was looking for in the models he showed to me. Very knowledgeable in the specs and niche differences between models, and had a variety of options ready to show me in my price range. Would recommend this dealership and Brandon in particular, for anyone in the market for a new camper!

⭐ 1 Star Absolutely terrible experience at Camping World in Newport News. We were told we could return an $800 mini bike if it didn’t work properly. As soon as we opened it, it was slow and not functioning right. We drove an hour back to return it, only to be told we couldn’t because it was “used.” That’s a straight-up lie after what we were promised. Wasted our time and money. Don’t trust what they say—avoid this place at all

This is to provide future customers with feedback regarding my recent experience at the Newport News, Virginia, branch. While our salesman, Que, was helpful and accommodated our busy schedule, the overall purchasing process has been a significant disappointment. Despite promises of ongoing support, we felt abandoned once the sale was finalized. The service department manager was unprofessional; rather than acknowledging a defect missed during both the arrival and sale inspections, she simply dismissed the issue by citing the warranty. Furthermore, I have attempted to contact the General Manager multiple times and have yet to receive a response. Based on this experience, I strongly advise other customers to conduct a rigorous walkthrough and inspection—regardless of how minor a detail may
