We had a great experience with the customer service side of things. We looked at trailers and Chase drove us around to find exactly what we were looking for and he found one that worked great for us. I am happy with the experience to this point. We got all the warranties and everything so hopefully that turns out to be as good as they say. My only complaint which I’ve spoke with two people about would be the techs doing the winterize process. I’m a believer in checking my things and doing it myself to ensure it’s done so when I checked a few things out with the winterize situation the fresh water tank was absolutely full of water and the hot water tank wasn’t bypassed ( they may not winterize it that way) in their defense. But I did complete that process and drained the tank so everything
