If I could give zero stars I would. My advice to you is run before ever considering stepping foot in this place. We purchased a camper from here in June 2025. Every step of the buying process was a nightmare! No communication and awful customer service. Now fast forward to now. We had to have warranty done on our camper. They talk like they want to provide customer service but when it comes time too actually doing what they say they drop the ball. We had to make an appointment to pick up our camper because they claim they want to walk through it with us. We showed up yesterday to find our camper unlocked sitting on the lot. Amberlynn gave me the paperwork and out the door I went. No one took the time to answer our questions or show that we even mattered. Even the service manager was short

My husband and I purchased a preowned camper at the Osh Kosh location. Our camper looked almost new when we picked it up. Our salesperson James waa knowledgeable, friendly and tuned into our needs. The coordinator Chris was so professional. Dave walked us through our camper and gave us some excellent tips! Then the GM worked with us to resolve our camera issue and we are so happy! We are really pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend this location! Thank you for helping us purchase the perfect camper!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our purchase dragged on for months due to lost paperwork. Multiple items that were written into our signed agreement were promised to be corrected, yet when it came time to address them, we were told the issues had been fixed when they clearly had not. They later attempted to refuse completing the agreed-upon repairs. The only positive experience was the new manager hired toward the end; he was kind and easy to work with. Unfortunately, that did not make up for months of frustration. After all the frustration we decided to get rid of the headache and trade the RV off after less than 6 months of owning it. Called to confirm the availability of a camper and drove a hour to look at it just for the sales guy to say it’s wrecked beyond repair. But was more than happy to show more expensive models. Absolute joke. Would not recommend.

Had a great experience here when we purchased a new RV. We were happy with the price and the entire process. The staff were extremely fun, yet professional, and always kept our needs and concerns in mind. Big shout out to Jake and Anthony, who delivered our RV to our site. These guys went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. They always had a great attitude, and lots of patience with us. I can't thank them enough.
