Camping World - Springfield

I have to admit that I was skeptical about purchasing my travel trailer at Camping World of Springfield. Previously, I had a terrible experience at the same chain in Strafford, Missouri. I am glad I did not let that experience dissuade me from trying here. The whole experience was exceptional. Our salesman, Ben, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and most importantly, listened to what we were looking for. The finance manager went out of his way to explain everything. The delivery team was also great. They showed me everything I needed to know and took the time to go further into detail if I asked for it. If you are in the market for an RV, give them a chance. You will not be disappointed.

We looked at many places and this place is the go to place if you need a camper. Our salesman was Mr. Records. The grandpa of all salesman ha. But seriously they were all wonderful. Everyone was so helpful and not pushy at all. We had been to a few others that did not hear how much we had down and were so n pushy. Not this place ,everyone was kind and understood what we wanted. They took the time and went through the whole camper and explained how everything worked. Mr. Mills our finance guy went over the numbers was no pressure at all. They made it all work.You made our dream come true with Retro Rita! We cant thank you enough!

Just bought our first RV at the Springfield, MO location and looking forward to many exciting adventures 😁 entire process from searching online to driving off the lot was smooth and pleasant. We lucked out with our sales guy, Dale Booth, who knew his stuff. Able to answer my (many) questions, and very authentic... spent a lot of time with us and helped us find the perfect travel trailer!

I purchased a keystone coleman 28 bhs from camping world and had a very good experience. Ben took down our requirements and knew exactly what unit to take us to. Very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

If you are looking into buying a camper, I highly highly recommend Dale Booth at Camping World! Dale made our buying experience so easy and enjoyable! As first time buyers we had lots of questions and he made sure that when we left we knew what we were doing and had the answers! I’ll never be able to say enough nice things about this experience! It’s one of the best we’ve ever had!
