**UPDATE TO REVIEW SINCE I WAS NOT ABLE TO ENTER A SECOND ONE** I stopped in today to "hopefully" return a thumb latch I purchased and get the right one. Keegan, the operations manager, helped me look for the right one and subsequently figured out that I already had the closest fitting one. He offered to take it to the shop and grind it down to the proper length. Since he didn't want to grind off too much at first, he made a second trip and got it done. He even walked out to my Beyond and installed it to make sure he got it right. All for a $12 part! WOW! That's great customer service. Thanks Keegan! We bought a fifth wheel today and had an amazing experience. Arnie was our sales guy and was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process, even came in on his day off to help us finish up the pickup process! Joey helped us with financing and the entire process was seamless and fast. Travis and Brian in service were also great. Very knowledgeable about all the campers and could answer all of our questions. Great group of guys that work there! Highly recommend this team!
