Camping World - Swedesboro

Today we went to the big summer event to look at campers and rv's. They had a very wide selection that we had fun looking at, but unfortunately we were very underwhelmed by the staff. There was no information provided inside or posted on any of the campers, which I was surprised about. (Even a used car lot posts price and basic details on the cars!) I had to go inside to find a sales rep who did not seem very interested in helping me. I asked for more information about a camper and he could not provide me with any sort of information to take home, specs, or even a printout with any info of what we had looked at. I bought an RV from Camping World almost two years ago. I used it twice and it's falling apart, $100,000 wasted. I took it for repair, but was told, "we have to see if the manufacturer is going to cover the repairs." I bought the RV from Camping World, no customer service. I bought an extended warranty, but that doesn't cover cosmetic repairs. Unbelievable. Screws all over the place because they worked themselves loose.

This review is directed at the sales department, specifically Lora, who gathered almost the entire staff to look for a door hinge that I had come in to purchase. Although the inventory showed 3 in stock, none could be found. Lora calmed me down and had the part ordered in and fed ex out to me the next day. Thank you so much

Purchased a 2023 Heartland Mallard M260 in Nov 2023 and immediately had Camping World winterize the trailer, covered it & put it into storage. Took a trip in June 2024 and the roof over the bedroom leaked. We called Robert Nichols, our service rep, and were told that our three year warranty does not cover the roof & that the roof was only warrantied for 90 days. This information was not disclosed to us on purchase & when pressed on the issue he suggested a caulk that we should use to seal the roof & that it would be fine. Per Mr. Nichols, this trailer requires caulking to be reapplied every 90 days to the roof, which again was not disclosed to us when purchased. We followed his advise but in Sept 2024 we noticed the roof was lifting & bubbling. We again called Mr. Nichols and were assured

Ace technician Vinnie Digiovacchino also took extra special care of getting my vehicle repaired and truly went above the call of duty, and making sure everything was running perfectly. He paid attention to every little detail and made sure every nut, bolt and screw was safely in place; that every bit of caulk and sealant was just right.
