I had an amazing experience at Camping World! Camrin, the salesman, helped me find the exact unit I wanted that I thought they didn’t have anymore not even that , the right tow weight, size, and space everything I was looking for. He really got it spot on. A few months later, I can honestly say I love my Mallard! I’m looking forward to working with this young man again in the future. We bought a 2022 Jayco Eagle 321RSTS and our salesman Jason was amazing. Great energy and personality which for us is a great experience. The sale went very smooth and no issues. Tyler finalized our paperwork and went over everything with us in full detail and answered all of our questions. And again the personality he had made for a great experience. I came to Camping World on January 20 seventh 2026. I needed a part in sub degree weather for my water. They did not have any on the shelf the service manager Located apart that would work in the back room they went Above and beyond to help me out, I asked him how much for the little party found. He said nothing. I can’t believe this was a big corporation. Definitely helped me out. Would come here again.

Unfortunately, our experience with the service department at Camping World Syracuse wasn’t very good. Communication and follow-up could definitely be improved. However, I want to recognize Camrin, our salesman, who was excellent from start to finish. He even contacted us after delivery to make sure everything went well and that we were satisfied. Camrin is a great young man with real talent , I’d recommend him for any job or to anyone looking to buy from Camping World Go To Camrin. He truly stood out in an otherwise disappointing experience with service.
