Camping World - Uxbridge

My husband and I have been wanting a new RV. Kevin was doing his due diligence and sent us an invite to an Expo. Driving home from the expo I asked my husband to drive to the camping world located in Uxbridge, MA. I wanted my husband to see the RV Kevin had showed me the first time I went. That’s when we met Debbie. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. Not only did we enjoy the conversation, we purchased a 2026 Forrest River Sunseeker. Dreams do come true! Had a great experience here working out what kind of camper would fit my needs the best, as I'm very early in the process of figuring out all that I need to know to make a decision, the sales rep Chris was awesome to work with and super informative/helpful in narrowing down what criteria I would need met for a camper when the time comes. Walking in I had zero knowledge about campers and walking out I definitely feel more well-informed. Don't leave reviews often, but the awesome service with no pressure was worth mentioning. Hope to be back when when the time to make a decision comes. 5 stars!

5 stars for our saleswoman, Deb Keer. We were first time buyers with alot of questions. Deb was patient and so informative. She made the entire purchase process easy and enjoyable. Service - if I could give them 0 stars I would. Repairs that should have been made prior to pickup were not made. They damaged a stabilizer on top of it. After a few emails and being ignored by service, Deb came to the rescue. Picked up the camper after repairs were made and when we check out the interior, they had cushions strewn all over the floor, two access panels left off and laying on the floor, and left the battery dead. The service team is simply worthless. Management - about as responsive as the service team. No response from the center manger at how the service team treated us or regarding

Jose was great!!! He and son were so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. This was our second camper dealing with Tony, and we cannot say enough good about him. He really made sure we understood everything and got us a great deal. Sales, we had Jarred, he was very helpful and patient even when we were hesitant and worked through things. So excited for many years of camping!!

I'm having a terrible experience with Camping World Uxbridge, MA. It all started when I made a deposit to buy an RV and they sold it to someone else. Then I went to the store and bought another RV. After they received the money from the bank, they told me I didn't have the title and that I would have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a new title. Now it's been 20 days since I got the insurance and sent it to them to get the plates and registration, and every week they tell me a different lie and don't resolve anything. It's gone too far!!!!
