Lynn was absolutely amazing and she does anything to help you! She is the best! The managers are super helpful and respectful as well. I drove 5 hours away and it was everything we wished for. They had exactly what I was looking for. My gut said to with the reviews but everyone is different and we had a great experience purchasing our 2025 Montana! Thanks guys! Very poor after the sale service. Bought a brand new Forest River camper. From the time we picked it up on July 6 2024, we had issues. We live 4.5 hours away from a Camping world so not easy to take it and get it fixed. Tyler from Camping World said they would have someone come and get it to fix it. After over a week of not hearing back on when they were going to come and get, I finally called Camping World. The secretary kept telling me they were out of the office and they would call me back which they never did. Called back again and told the service shop that I was going to bring it back to get it fixed and was told to be there Monday morning at 8AM. When we arrived with the camper was told that they would get to the 8 current issues right away and the camper should be ready by Wednesda

If I could give 0 stars I would. We purchased a Coleman 22bx from their West Fargo location and had nothing but a horrible experience. First off their manager was not nice to our salesman Zach. He belittled him right infront of us and it made us very uncomfortable. Second the financing was all messed up. (Wrong interest rate) wrong payment amount etc. Third we were supposed to have our camper delivered and were promised it two days after our purchase and ended up going and picking it up our selves after waiting for a week and a half. Fourth we are already having issues with our camper the slide will not come in and out all the time so I took it in to get warranty work and our local dealer. And they never even registered the vin yet. For a big company they have been horrible to work with. A

I bought a new coleman 17r great camper but after service socks. Had a question about winterizing, would not let me talk to a tech. Told me To go online. I'm 74 online for me sucks for me. You spend 17 grand you think there would be some after service. Will remember in future purchases, and pass on to friends
