Our sales representative, Darin Ellis, absolutely deserves a full 5 stars. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. His communication was top-notch — I’m a big texter since I work long hours, and Darin was always quick to respond, even early in the morning. He made the process smooth and stress-free without ever being pushy. It all started with an online inquiry, which led to our interaction with Aurelia, who helped us coordinate our deposit on our desired camping trailer we found online. We then got in touch with Monte, who was over the top with communication and responded to me at all times of the day any weekday/weekend during the course of 2 weeks coordinating this purchase. My husband and I recently just bought our first camper at Camping World in Wheat Ridge. Monte, the sales rep, came highly recommended and he absolutely lived up to it! We didn’t know much about campers and he was excellent in answering all of the questions that we had. He put no pressure on us and just genuinely wanted to see us get whatever camper we felt comfortable purchasing! The day of our walk though we worked with Josh and he was awesome at explaining how everything worked, even the minor little things! Overall, the whole experience was easy and seamless!

He makes you feel like an old friend and not just like he’s trying to sell you something. He really is a great person to work with. Nate was also really helpful in the background perspective and understanding of our finances, the whole team is just the best! I can wait to hit the road and make new memories.
