Camping World - Wood Village

We visited the Wood Village location of Camping World to look at motorhomes and discussed trading in our toy hauler. I clearly stated the minimum amount I would accept for the trade and to not bother if we were too far apart. A day or two later, they presented an offer significantly below that number. I told them that it would not work out due to that and, the fact, that the in person number vs. what they sent me was a $25,000-30,000 difference for the unit we were inquiring about. What crossed the line on 2/21/26 was a voicemail I received from a salesperson and co-worker who failed to hang up after leaving his message. In the voicemail recording, he stated that I “needed to be butthurt first” to accept their low offer, referred to me as “just a kid,” called me “an idiot,” and said they

Our experience began with some frustration, which was initially disappointing. However, after working with Tyler, the General Manager, the situation was completely turned around. He went above and beyond to address our concerns and ensure a positive resolution. His professionalism, patience, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction made a significant difference. We truly appreciated his efforts and left feeling heard, valued, and satisfied with the outcome. Additionally, I would like to commend the parts department. Each time I visit, the staff consistently take the time to assist me in locating items and clearly explaining how the products work. Their knowledge and willingness to help make the purchasing process much easier and are always greatly appreciated.

I had a great experience here! I was working with Jeremy who helped my girlfriend and I buy our first camper, he was awesome and very helpful during the whole process. It was quick and easy, and they even let us add extra necessities on. Overall it was a really easy process and we were walked through everything very well, any questions we had were answered, and they let us look at a ton of different options to ensure we went home with the best option for us. I would definitely buy your camper here and work with Jeremy again!!

Quite frankly, I am very happy and thankful for the service. I had a salesperson that helped me, his name is Dwayne. Very personable and took the time to walk me through and had a little bit of fun walking through some really nice very well laid out fifth wheels that were way over my price but like I said very fun to do that I eventually ended up with three or four units that really fit my needs and was able to narrow it down to one with a price I was comfortable with. So yeah I had a good experience

Drove 3 hours to look at a model of trailer we have been doing a ton of research on. Showed up to our appointment we made a week prior and the trailer was in the worst condition possible. None of the damage was detailed on the listing or pictured. Salesman had no clue what was going on and inexperienced and uneducated
