I have been with Allstate for over 25 years and have always received the best customer service from Candice and her staff in Oak View. They are always friendly and willing to answer questions and explain the terms of my policies if I don’t understand something. My claims have been handled quickly and I know that I can trust my agent Candice to help in any way she can. I have my auto, renters and life policies with them and highly recommend their business.

When I bought my new truck I was shopping around for a new provider and also to bundle with homeowners insurance Lisa at Alexander Allstate went above and beyond to get me situated with both . She was polite and very professional every time I sat with her or had questions. Definitely happy so far with my experience.

My agent Candice Alexander went above and beyond for me. I had a very stressful situation regarding my insurance and the DMV and Candice did everything she possibly could on her end to help alleviate and fix the situation. She gave me the best advice on what to do going forward and ways I can try to fix the issue. She provided the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. She always kept in touch with me and always provided great communication. I'm honestly sad that I have to leave Allstate because she's been an extraordinary insurance agent. My real name is Robert Miles Absolutely terrible experience with Allstate. My auto insurance premium doubled with no reasonable explanation. I called over 1 month before payment was due to have this problem reviewed and hopefully corrected. Was told nothing could be done and the only difference they see is that they can no longer give me the smart teen driver discount. This discount does not even come close to explaining why my premium was doubled. Needless to say I feel very ripped off. My money was stolen from this company. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and always have paid my bills on time. This company has left me no choice. I must now shop for a new insurance provider and will move all my policies over to the new company and I will never return to Allstate.

I have been with Allstate Insurance for at least 25 years. Had a small accident in the nineties and the service I received was more than amazing.
