Debbie is absolutely wonderful! I took my car in on a Friday morning because it needed a new catalytic converter. The first part the shop ordered didn’t fit, and even the second one didn’t work — so they went the extra mile and got the correct part directly from the dealer. Debbie and the mechanic worked so hard to make sure the part was delivered in time to get my car done the same day. She knew this was our family vehicle and went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have to rent a car. Highly recommend this shop! This isn’t our first time using them, and it definitely won’t be our last.

Beginning of the week, I called to make an appointment, I have one part on my car's engine that needs to be replaced, it literally only takes five minutes cause I've done it before myself, I just didn't have the tools to do it this time, hence calling to make an appt. Before I called to make the appt, I had called a week before to see what my quote would be. Told the woman I spoke to what I needed done, offered to provide the part, she declined and had to call me back (This detail is important, she had my number to call me back) to give me a quote for parts and labor- I was fine with the price. So during the call to make the appt, this was Monday btw- I spoke to the same woman, she told me she had availability for thursday and friday. I said great but I told her I don't get off work until

I have been going to Candlewood for a 20 or so years for various cars I have had. Every time I have been, my cars were fixed as requested and at a very reasonable price. Debbie and Chris are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly people to deal with. I will continue to take my cars to them and to recommend Candlewood to my friends.

They are a rip off, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! I took my truck there to get fixed because coolant was leaking and it was smoking and running hot, I paid almost $500 for them to fix it only to find out less than 2 weeks later IT WASNT FIXED, it’s still running hot and now it will NOT even hold coolant, so I took it back only to be charged $20 more and they said I had blown a head gasket that they didn’t catch before, and told me to go somewhere else, times are hard if you value your car, time and money DONT GO THERE, you will definitely regret it.

I have known these people for 20 yrs and they are an honest up front automotive shop. I still do business with them working for another business, Debbie and Chris both will take care of your needs just be respectful and honest and you will be treated even better!
