What used to be great dealership as Candy's Campers Some feedback on how the dealership is operating under new ownership. Blue Compass RV. I purchased a new trailer in Scottsville KY in October. It was not fully prepped with some issues. I dropped it for service to fix these issues with a date needing back for a scheduled trip. It was not looked at until that date. And the next scheduled trip it was not ready. So I have yet to be able to use it since the October purchase. As it sat in the shop. In fact I just picked it up the last days of December having been told everything is fixed. And am leaving for a family emergency. Having been told everything was repaired. Items missing from it. I live in Florida and am a single woman camping with my 2 dogs, while in Kentucky this past week my water pump went out. I called them because last year they replaced a ground outlet in my bathroom. They were so nice and did it quickly as not to stop my camping. This year was no different I called they got me right in. I want to thank you for your excellent service. Your friendly ladies at the front end and all the pleasant gentlemen for their professional and friendly service. You have made this camping experience a breeze. Thank you so much. Now that they've got our money for the camper they aren't too concerned about service. They're not exactly bad they just don't have an attitude that shows that they particularly care one way or the other. They are not particularly communicative, they're never in any particular hurry, and I wouldn't say that they follow through very well on their promises. The work they do is adequate and that's about all I can really say

Great staff. Talked us through everything! Jordan Gilpin was the one we got our camper through and he was wonderful and easy to deal with. Explained so much to help us! All staff was great!

We drove an hour and a half to bring our Keystone Alpine 3555rl there for body work caused by a blowout. We went there because they are the nearest Keystone dealer and other, nearby dealerships couldn't get the parts. The work was sloppy but adequate, however when I picked the camper up, there was over $4500 damage to the fiberglass front cap. Candy's Campers refused responsibility. The did replace the Andersen ultimate 5th wheel coupler that they ruined with their forklift, but I'm on my own for the collision damage.
