Cannon Cadillac of Oxford

2023 Cadillac XT4 still under warranty engine issues. Towed to Cannon Cadillac in Oxford, MS as Cadillac only tows to nearest dealer. Well it took me 43 days to get to the end of my rope with Oxford Cannon Cadillac. Still no fix and very limited communication, (have to track them down, leave messages, etc.) For four weeks have been told would be ready that week, first engine seals and recall completed; then they said engine was bad, then only a cylinder and head was bad, then they were waiting on bolts backorder. Beyond inconsiderate service department (Jake), they could have built a couple new XT4s by now. I would steer way clear of their service department.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The customer service I've received from Jeff Hawkins and Drew Boyles is beyond top tier! My situation is complicated and long and not once did these men make me feel like I was asking too much of them. And not once did they seem frustrated or want to rush me. I have major repair work to do and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. I'll be sure to report back on that process but if they are involved I'm sure it will be painless.

We purchased a Cadillac from here in 2021. Purchased the service plan and let me say the service dept terrible or the customer service person I had to deal with was which was Jordan my vehicle was there for 1 month and she also told me Cadillac would get a detail and I asked for 3 things to be done. Nothing not even the detail was done said part was on back order. I checked with parts and it wasn’t even ordered. Then I had called multiple time to reach out to service manager and never got a return call. I have traded the vehicle now and let me say it was not with Cannon motors praise God. I also was there for an oil change for approx 4 hrs one day. I was patient. But now I have called multiple times to reach the finance manager and still have not received a return call the purchase proces

Yeah they're good at selling cars but paying their employees another story manger made it to where won't get check like come on guys
