Well, I'm very grateful to the Canobie Lake Toyota dealership, but above all, I'm grateful to Ms. Leyda, who I'm lucky enough to have help me every time I go. She's a very pleasant person, not only that, but she's also professional and very patient with all her customers. Although, of course, sometimes she has to deal with some tough people, but nevertheless, she has the professionalism and patience to keep going and provide excellent service. I’ve been coming to Canobie Lake Toyota for about six years for my Lexus service, and today was the best experience yet. I arrived without an appointment and was treated like a VIP. Great location and fast service! First time here and I’ll definitely be back. They have a good coffee selection and a vending machine with cheap snacks while you wait. Also comfortable waiting area. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been dealing with the Canobie Lake dealerships(both Toyota and Honda) since 2015 when I bought my Accord there. I can honestly say both sales and service are the best I have encountered. My Accord has been religiously serviced there even after gifting it to my daughter. I now have had my RAV4 hybrid serviced there exclusively since day one. After picking up my RAV4 my wife and I, on a whim, went inside the dealership to check out a new all electric Toyota BZ for her. Let’s just say sometime in the very near future we’ll be back at Canobie Lake Toyota looking to trade up!Thanks again to everyone(at both dealerships) for making both sales and service easy again.

I pulled in for service and was promptly greeted by a friendly member of the team who quickly verified why I was there, explained what would be done and informed me of an approximate completion time. The work was completed efficiently and finished 30 minutes sooner than estimated time. The service advisor went over what was done and informed me of the condition of other aspects of my vehicle without trying to sell me additional services that I did not need. Overall a very pleasant experience.
