Canton Car Wash

This was my first time visiting Canton Car Wash in Glen Burnie. I usually go to Roy’s Car Wash but decided to try this place after seeing the good reviews. I paid $42 for a full-service wash (interior and exterior). The interior cleaning was done well my car looked neat and tidy inside. However, I was disappointed with the exterior. My car still had dirt on it, and they didn’t wipe or clean the tires. For the price and the reputation, I expected better results. On the positive side, the lounge and coffee shop are very nice, clean, and comfortable. The coffee shop staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. The manager also mentioned they offer free bagels and orange juice on Thursdays, which is a nice perk. I do think it would be great if monthly wash members received a small disco

My customer service experience at Canton Car Wash was great from start to finish. Krystle was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. Krystle was very nice and helpful. She explained everything in detail and even helped me out with my rental and told me I could come back with my car. I used to go to this car wash when I lived in Canton in Baltimore. I’m so glad they now have one in Anne Arundel County. Thank you so so much Krystle!! You are the best!! 💙

There was a young and quite rude female today. I brought the issue up to a Jason Mooney and he clearly stated, “I can’t tell you what we are doing to do about it” No joke! The inside cleaning was not sufficient

Krystle was amazing at helping me sign up for the right membership. She was non-pressuring, which ultimately made me decide to sign up. (Also the wash was AMAZING) The machine wash did not damage my paint and the cleaning booths have great amenities, vacuum, air compressor, window cleaner, leather cream, clean linen fragrance. My car looks and feels great again. The owner was on site and he even took the time to chat with me for a bit. You can tell they care about their customers and quality service is of their utmost importance. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!!!
