Canyon Car Wash

This is my go-to place to get a carwash. The place is clean, they tend to have enough staff to take card of all the cars. I try to avoid Saturdays and busy days though. The carwash prices are a bit high for my budget so I don’t go too often but they often have deals. Everything has gone up these days so I guess they are competitive in that market. I have a CX-5 and get charged extra for SUV, which is a bit of a bummer. I don’t consider my car an SUV. But otherwise, I’m happy with this. The inside could use more seating chairs. They have coin-operated massage chair but not much else. Some tables and chairs have been set up with the bathroom, which is not really enjoyable. I would also enjoy a hot coffee while waiting. Save your money and stay away from this car wash Been coming here for over ten years and the service has just gone from bad to worse. I bring my car back and they say European cars generate a lot of brake dust… yes, that is why I’m at the car wash. Rims still dirty? They say you need a pre-wash (additional 10 dollars) Interior still dirty? They say you need an interior wipe down (additional 10 dollars) so for the best of the best as they call it (40 plus tax) it doesn’t include giving you a clean exterior or interior without paying for add ons. Today, the manager Sal wouldn’t value my birthday coupon because it was 3 days past the date. Ya great customer service. We bring all of our vehicles to canyon country car wash. They always do an amazing job. We have taken our cars in for full details, full was and washes, and express washes. The service is always great and is very affordable compared to other options in SCV.

It’s a nice wash but this last time I went thru with my lightning the first roller brush pushed hard enough against my truck that it opened my charge door and broke the plastic tabs that hold it on. I tried talking to the manager about it and he was able to clip it back on but the rear 2 tabs are definitely broken and a new cover is $280. So that’s real nice.

DON'T believe all the negative reviews! THEY ARE NOT TRUE! I have been going here for 3 years with my latest new car and have never once had an issue. The manager, the workers and my car guy, Jorge all display nothing but professionalism and ALWAYS provide exceptional service! Always friendly and willing to do anything to provide the best service! You can't go wrong with the monthly plan of $40. On occasion, i have gone 2 times in day, several times per week and still, NO issues. These guys are great! I just can't wait for them to open again to full capacity. I like the fact you can drive through yourself right now, but nothing matches the quality and time that my guy, Jorge spends on my car. Nothing but the best, all day, every day! Great job CCW!
