Very disappointed in this company. After tornado and hail in May, I took my class A RV in for an estimate. A month later after calling and calling to ask where my quote is, I was told after looking over the Progressive insurance claim it was about right. I'm sure they said that because they really didn't want to go through the proper procedures of looking at the issues that were caused by the hail and do a thorough inspection. I took it to another RV repair shop and the Progressive quote was off by $6,000. I am not happy with this company.
Great experience. Cap a Bus is and excellent Company. Wonderful people running it.
