I don't recommend this place for any repairs that you need done.. I was after them for a year to repair my trailer they held my full payment for one year before doing anything. The work wasn't done correctly and sloppy and now the floor is uneven and the awning wasn't repair correct that I can't open to use and if I was to travel I couldn't. For $3700.00 you would think they would have good skills of repairs and communications didn't know they did the repair till I visit my trailer and found the problems.

I want to thank Marty for his prompt attention to a leak in our water system, he corrected it. He replaced a tank when when we had a leak before the season started and has always been courteous whenever we speak on the phone. Thanks again Marty we appreciate your concern 5+++++

Every time I go there they have what I need to fix my park model problems. They are cheaper then Lowe's & Home Depot. The people there are very helpful explaining how to fix problems. I have also used them to have my water heater replaced and they were very professional. Highly recommend.

Although the people in the office were very nice and so were the workers, I was very unhappy with the work itself. A part of my floor was replaced, but it was not done with the correct type of wood, so the floor is still soft. When they replaced my kitchen cabinets, they never replaced the outlet, so I have no outlet in my kitchen. The electricity on my deck does not work either. My air conditioner blows very cold air , but it was dripping water from the vent in the kitchen. Cape RV told me that it was the pan and that I would have to replace my entire unit. A friend of mine was able to stop the leak without replacing anything. I also paid a lot with the work. I do not recommend.

I have used Cape camping several times the last couple years for repairs on my trailer. Every time has been a great experience Marty and the crew do super work Very knowledgeable. Had a problem with my hot water heater. Marty came out right away. A bypass valve was turned the wrong way. Got an invoice bill with zero balance. you cannot find a better RV repair shop.
