I had a great experience at cape fear auto clinic. The work completed was a clutch master cylinder , slave cylinder and clutch replacement. The shop manager, techs and everyone working there are transparent about repairs, time frame and cost. They helped with the negotiations of my warranty coverage and were persistent to try to get coverage for me. I would highly recommend this shop. Communication is was top notch.

I had my jeep alternator die on my way back from dropping my kids at school. I didn’t have time to get it towed. I called and they sent a mobile mechanic to me right away. I was back on the road in time to pick the kids up from school. Since replacing the alternator there have been zero problems. The mobile mechanic was super friendly too! Definitely will use their services the next time I have a problem. Very fair price. Fantastic service!!!

Great service. Friendly interaction. Got my issue resolved. And wonderful friendly pets. I would absolutely recommend them to snyonewho wants professional service and a great price for the work!!

Came here on a pinch during a vacation, needed some spark plugs changed on my '14 Q50. In and out in about 2 hours~ was charged a very good price, cheapest from the many shops I called. Yet it’s clear their work was far from cheap. I’ve driven over 500+ miles since then returning to Charlotte. Had my mechanic here check the work done and he said it was clean-throughout. Compression test passed easy. Clearly this guy knows what he’s doing while charging an honest price. When I visit Wilmington again I will be back.

Did very good transmission work on my truck called and kept me updated throughout the entire process, didn’t try to get me for any extra parts and all around nice people. Highly recommend!
