TJ and his staff are amazing. I had a new hood installed and had it and windshield area painted. Their work is top notch and very professional. Highly recommend these guys for any kind of body work and paint!!

Cape Fear Collision made the whole process after my hit and run as easy as it could’ve been. Susan and TJ were awesome to work with, they kept me in the loop, answered every question, and took care of everything with the insurance company so I didn’t have to chase anyone down. The repair work came out perfect, my car looks like nothing ever happened. Start to finish it was a breeze. Highly recommend Cape Fear Collision if you want great work and people who actually make it simple.

Susan walked me through the process by coordinating with Allstate and going over the estimate with me. TJ came out to my car with me and showed me what repairs to be done and estimated time of completion. They sent me a text everyday updating the situation of repairs. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked great like the accident never happen. First rate company ! Customer Service Susan was awesome.

I was in an accident this past November, and I was recommended to this place. They were SO great (especially TJ)! I had a family member do most of the communication, but each time I was there, they were super friendly. They cleaned the entire inside of my car too, which I did not expect :) 10/10!

Cape fear Collison went above and Beyond handling the insurance claims even when they did not want to pay. The staff was kind, helpful and fair. I would recommend their work to everyone! They were very gracious and cleaned the car and returned my rental!! Love cape fear!
