I never been there before, it was the closet service center to me. I called a few days in advance. Set up an appointment. I was happy to see them jump on my bike and fixed in record time. Jackson was great to work with. I feel I got a good value on a great bike. He researched answers to questions if he didn't know the answer, and followed up in a timely manner.
