Cape & Islands Tire

I stopped here after running over a nail and my flat tire indicator light went off. They had good reviews on Google — however, when they quickly told me my tire wasn’t patchable given the location of the nail in the sidewall and priced a new tire for me, I felt uneasy about it. I decided to hold on ordering a new tire with them and scheduling the install for the next day. I’m glad I didn’t buy from Cape & Islands Tire — because once I got back to Dedham Super Services where I’ve gone in the past for my tires, they told me the tire was easy patchable with a plug and I didn’t need to buy a new tire. As you can see from the photos, the nail is NOT in the sidewall and they lied to me.

The mechanic in Falmouth is not an honest person. I had a break job done by him and later found that he didn’t do the rear brakes but charged me $1200 for the repair. They did get a new manager since then, I imagine he was in on it. Don’t go there for anything but tires. Don’t trust thier only mechanic on staff. I got robbed.

Stopped In on my way home after going to 2 other places thinking I could fill my tires myself as my tire pressure light was on ...lost all my quarters....they were so nice, about closing time but helped me out!!! Highly recommend!!!

We were on our last night of vacation when we had discovered a screw in one of our tires, with 100+ miles to drive home the next morning. Lucky for us that they were able to get us in and get us back on the road in less than an hour. Very quick and helpful service!

I was visiting from out of town and blew a tire. Tire was for BMW, not kept on hand anywhere. Kevin the manager special ordered and had it delivered and installed within 2 hours. He did what he said he was going to do. The place ain’t fancy. But who cares. They’re all about getting the job done at a reasonable price. I’m very grateful. 5 stars!!!!!
