The car wash is horrible. The wash doesn’t wash the whole car. Stops about halfway down the vehicle The back half of the car is covered with soapy water when you pull out. Most of the free vacuums don’t work and haven’t for a while. Definitely not to the “Kindle” level of operation. Thinking of canceling my membership.

Great employees - Newer equipment that is maintained - overpriced - closed without notice at times As a Platinum monthly package member, I expected more from Cape May Car Wash. For the hefty monthly fee, a drive-through wash, a damp rag wipe down, and a quick tire shine feel insufficient. While the free vacuum use is a nice perk, the goal of a monthly plan should be to save time and reduce effort—but I don’t feel that’s happening here. Having to clean interior windows and the dashboard myself adds even more time, which seems contrary to the value I’m paying for. I’ll see how it goes over the winter, but I’m likely to cancel. I’ve used another local car wash that offers a full wash, interior cleaning, hand dry, and tire shine for less—though their equipment is older and they use recycled

Quick, easy, no line. My bike rack hitch was no problem for this drive thru. Car is clean less than 20 minutes after my car was turned away from another car wash.

I do Uber during the shore season, and keeping the car looking good is important. For a one-time wash, the price is about $5 more than my favorite wash in Philly, but getting the unlimited service makes it a great deal. After your 2nd wash, you are ahead of the game. I get 2 or 3 washes a week, for 4 weeks, for $38. That brings the cost down to $4 per wash or less.

Great experience - staff great, results excellent! And the early hours meant I still got to work on time. All that road salt cleaned off my new car, including the undercarriage. Business also very clean, tidy and professional. Highly recommend this quality service at Cape May Car Wash.
