I had an outstanding experience with Capelo’s Automotive, and I especially want to highlight Shawn for going above and beyond. I brought my vehicle in with a problem that had been incredibly tough to diagnose. Other shops either guessed or wanted to throw parts at it, but Shawn took the time to perform an extended, detailed diagnosis to actually get to the root of the issue. His professionalism, patience, and expertise really stood out. He kept me informed, explained everything clearly, and didn’t give up until the problem was fully solved. Had nothing but great experiences with these guys. They're honest about what needs to be done and have never once tried to gouge me or do anything sketchy. Also really appreciate how polite and reasonable they are to talk to. Nothing bugs me more than being talked down to by some old dude who thinks he’s smarter than me cause he can fix my car. I get explanations from them that a reasonable person can understand, and don’t come tinged with condescension that I don’t live up to a 1950s standard of masculinity. Been going here for years and will continue to. Good people. Good work. Can’t beat it.

I stumbled upon Capelos years ago looking for an inspection and I haven't looked back since. I travel from Andover to get my car serviced here, because every single time hands down Shawn, Jeremy and crew take care of us. They give it to you straight, no swindle. They are honest, knowledgeable and we can't speak highly enough of them!

Amazing service; Shawn was very friendly, knowledgeable and direct with what was the issue with my car. He was very flexible and willing to work around me and my schedule, absolutely no complaints whatsoever! Car drives like a dream without having to break the bank. Highly recommend!
