This was the first time I used Capital Towing. I called Tim for a last minute transport after a trailer issue messed up my plans to move a special purpose trike my father. Tim immediately eased my mind, telling me he could make the weekend transport happen at a very fair and honest price. The driver/operator Chandler was nothing less than A+++ professional. He took much care in loading, transporting and unloading the trike. Eddie did an amazing job taking great care and attention to detail in transporting our new vehicle, a 1947 Packard Super Clipper. I called for assistance when my car broke down right in the middle of the road in front of Albany Medical Center on New Scotland Avenue during rush hour and in the snow. My driver, Dylan from Capitol District Towing, arrived in under 15 minutes and had my car loaded onto the truck in about eight minutes and towed it to our mechanic in Wilton. The service was amazing, and Dylan was very friendly. It was definitely worth every single penny!

It was a bad day when my work van broke down and a cold winter day. It was recommended I call Capital District towing. They picked up immediately and told me someone would be there within a half hour. Tow truck driver Mark showed up early loaded my vehicle up quickly and dropped me off where I needed to go. I have to say he was extremely cordial and accommodating. He even sent me a pic of my vehicle at the delivery point. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this company.
