I purchased my vehicle from this location 8 years ago and lives pretty far from the dealer. Recently I moved close by and bring my coupon that I got from them 8 years ago for a free oil change. They damn honor their word and gave me a free oil change with that coupon after 8 years . Christian sales manager approved it with service. They keep their word, so this is an honest business to me.

Brought in my truck November of 2024 for some coolant, brake, rear and front differential fluid changes. Paid $687. After this visit, i started having issues with my differential and my cabin was smelling like burnt rubber or burnt oil. Brought it in back to the dealer. Paid an almost $300 diagnostic fee. They told me that their work had nothing to do with this leak since it was the differential pinion seal leaking. Before this, no leaks but all of sudden i have leaks now when they work on my differential. Strange. No one had worked on my differential but them alone. The burnt odor smell in the cabin, they claimed that they couldn’t smell anything and that “maybe” what was causing the issue was the differential leak. Once this was resolved, “maybe” it will go away. I paid an almost $300

Driving in from Nashville to Charlotte for a convention my Bronco Sport broke down coming into town. I was in an unfamiliar place and didn't know where to go and what was wrong with it. I chose Capital because of Google reviews and proximity. On the way the car finally wouldn't drive anymore so I had to get it towed. Once I arrived at Capital Ford service center I went in and met Todd Kopetic the Service Advisor. I told him my whole story and he did everything he could to start making sure I could have the car back if possible by the time I would leave on Friday. Todd worked hard to get the transmission there quickly and he along with Daniel the Service Manager moved techs around who could focus on my vehicle. They even got it done a day before when they heard it would save me a day's co

It’s hard to find words to describe how bad the Service Dept. is at Capital Ford. I’m 60 years old and have had my share of experience with car related issues and service departments. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had! I made an appointment to have a diagnostic run on my car. When I took the car in, I spoke with the Service Advisor and made it clear that I wanted a diagnostic run and that I needed a cost estimate for repairs. I also told him (very clearly) that I didn’t want the engine light/error codes reset. I have to mention that the Service Advisor will not answer any calls. I called for 3 days and not once did he answer. Even though I’d made an appointment with Capital Ford Service, they kept my car for 5 days. It must have been an extremely complicated diagnosti

Mobile Technician came to my house to swap out a bad frunk strut under warranty. The whole process took about an hour. Mobile service is key here. There was no inconvenience whatsoever. The entire process was very easy and I was kept informed every step of the way. Kudos to Capital Ford (and Ford in general) for utilizing mobile service. It was so much better than having to drop it off and either wait or get a ride back home and go pick it up again.
