He called 10 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way and showed up exactly on time. Super professional, friendly, and respectful of my property (carefully maneuvered around the driveway without touching a thing). He loaded the car quickly and securely, double-checked everything, and got it to the shop without a single scratch. The pricing was completely fair — no ridiculous “house call” upcharges or surprise fees like I’ve gotten from other companies. Just an honest, upfront rate. Capital Towing & Recovery was such a great help! He came on short notice to get me from Holly Springs to Garner Costco before they closed. My tire was completely flat with a giant piece of metal sticking out, it was cold and a mix of snow and rain, and he made sure I was comfortable the whole way. Price was reasonable, everything was careful and professional, and the service was quick! I can’t say thanks to Derrick and Forest enough!

Derek was amazing! I needed my EV towed to the dealership, which was extra tricky bc it wouldn't start up, and Derek was able to jump it just enough to get it on the bed - he definitely went above and beyond for a tricky situation. Highly recommend.

I called his business at 7 AM on a Wednesday. He answered on the second ring. He was gonna be at my house within a half hour to jump start my truck. He was on his way there when in fact, my truck started without his assistance needed. I called to let him know as he was about ready to turn into my neighborhood. I told him I would offer him some money for his time. He said I couldn’t do that to somebody. I didn’t do any work. The guy is an upstanding person. I’m assuming he does great work. His honesty and good business sense was refreshing. I will call Capital Towing in the future if need arises.
