This is by far one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. I wanted to give zero stars but google doesn’t allow it lol. I came to get work done on my vehicle and the work was improperly done by one of his mechanics. He told me to come back initially to have the issue resolved but kept pushing the date back because the mechanic who did the work “was not there”. Upon my arrival Jose, was disrespectful, arrogant, and repeatedly spoke over me as I asked for clarification as to why there was suddenly a fee being asked for on the work that was improperly done the first time. After I asked him to be professional and allow me to speak as I had paid him $600 for the service, he LEFT the room as we were speaking. I went to get my transmission fluid changed and they installed it incorrectly, causing the car's transmission to grind. According to the owner, it was due to wear and tear. I went to the Toyota dealership and they fixed the botched job they did (they left it installed incorrectly and the fasteners were loose).

I be have used them twice for car repairs. Both times the were very thorough and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend them for a car repairs.

Excellent service. My car is working very well now. If I have issues again, I'll come back for sure.
