Capitaland Auto Service and Towing is the real deal. They gave me a great price and did great work on a repair I previously had. Two weeks later I had a new issue which I incorrectly thought might be related—They towed it back for free, diagnosed it, and fixed it at no cost even though it wasn’t their fault and was in no way related to the original issue. The owner is honest and kind, and they go above-and-beyond. I highly recommend these guys!

What can I say about Capitaland. They go above and beyond for customers. I feel more like family than a customer. They treat you with the upmost respect and ensure to solve the issue regarding the cars maintenance. If you need your car serviced, I would highly recommend that you bring your vehicle to Capitaland. You will not regret it. Trust me, they will do what needs to be done and at an affordable rate.

Had Capitaland take care of an exhaust issue and Joe made it easy from start to finish. He got the car on the lift quick, showed me exactly what was wrong, and had it welded up and quiet the same day. Price was reasonable and the car sounds like it should again, so I’d go back there for exhaust stuff without thinking twice.

Brought my jeep into capitaland auto after a co worker told me “just go see Joe” and they weren’t wrong. He took the time to explain what was going on, laid out a couple options and actually told me what could wait instead of trying to sell me everything by at once. Prices are fair the work was done when they said it would be, and the trucks been running solid ever since. Hard to find a shop in Albany that’s this straightforward, so I’ll be sticking with them.

I've had quite a bit of work done on my car at Capitaland Auto (located at 22 Kraft). I've had repairs that lasted a week and repairs that were done within a days time. They have been wonderful to deal with, they have consistently proven to be dependable and I will not hesitate to bring my car there again.
