Terrible service, never have your vehicle towed by them. I MEAN IT! They will lie to you and tell you it’s free, then toss storage and towing fees upon your arrival to retrieve. I can give you 30+ instances of this. Just search Facebook reviews of this company. The owner will never speak over phone or in person and you better have some self control cause Everyone at front desk WILL CUSS you.

What a scam! This place ended up with our vehicle after it was stolen. We called to get it back and they lied and said police were doing “forensics” on it, police said they weren’t. Then they charged us $1030 for holding it! This should be illegal!

Its was amazing at first I thought its was difficult to locate this places but thank to god for helping me finding this places. Its was amazing great wonderful opportunities amazing staff help me out with any questions and great feedback on anything... Capital Towing cannot be trusted. Terrible experience. They took my vehicle to there storage lot without my permission and never even called me. Their manager “Josh” refused to give me his last name.

Stolen goods after veicle taken by this company. I dont want to blamed them, but some items went missing after my vehicle was in there position. They do have a sign that reads "not responsible for stolen property" so I will only say this, if you dont want youre stuff stolen; then don't use this company. Even if it was not them someone is and you will loose youre items.
