My service tech FRANK as well as the entire team at CAPITOL CYCLE were exceptional by all means!! The only shop for my motorcycle! I have no doubts! Thanks Frank! Bike runs amazing!!

Needed a new helmet, just a cheap one to stay on the road during this cold weather. The guys really helped me out, threw in a tinted visor for my helmet for free and loaned me a tool. Spoke to a few people and all were nice and helpful.

I would like to thank the service girl for getting us in so quickly as my daughter’s Husky was not running right and needed help quickly for her to participate in training as we are from Michigan. Then a huge thanks to Aaron Sparks and Cameron in Service Dept. for taking their time to go totally thru her bike with KTM tech to make sure running 100% and that she felt confident when riding it before we left. Need any service work this place is outstanding!

Just wanna say thank you hunter Hutson for selling ans making a great friendship by selling me a bike. I will definitely be back to upgrade and only speak to him. Very professional and easy to talk to ans knew exactly what I want and got me approved and the right payment that I wanted. Thanks again hunter for the great customer service.

So quick to over charge for services that weren’t even done and even quicker to deny the quality of an aftermarket part. People pay less to have full size vehicles worked on. What makes it worse is the technicians resolution stated the service wasn’t completed yet here we are being charged for it and told to replace a brand new part just because it’s aftermarket. Ridiculous unprofessional and very literally I would pay LESS FOR THE SAME SERVICE ON A FULL SIZE CAR
