I did a ride for lunch on my motorcycle from Atlanta to Montezuma. On the ride back to Atlanta, I developed an air leak on my rear tire which was indicated with Tire Pressure Monitors. I could not find it on the side of the road using mini air compressor. Had to pull over several times to get enough air to make to Capitol Cycle for assistance. Service Manager, Robby got a soapy spray solution to help find the leak. It was still tough to locate, though. Once we got shop air to fill the tire to the appropriate pressure (42psi) we could hear the air hissing out. That allowed me to plug the tire myself with my own tire repair kit. The shop would not repair it due to insurance requirements, I guess. No worries. Their willingness to help get a rider back on the road was beyond reproa

I purchased a 2020 Indian Chieftain from Capitol Cycle in February and the whole process was a joy. My salesperson Chandler Ray took care of me and was quick with communication and answering all questions that I had. This was an out of state purchase so I was wary but Chandler and his team took care of everything from start to finish. Just drove down and picked up an Indian they had in stock from across state lines and the experience went flawlessly! Leading up to the purchase, we communicated by both phone and email promptly through all the negotiation. When we agreed on the plan and my scheduled pickup date, they helped get all the paperwork laid out in advance so that when I came it would be a seamless purchase to sign and ride. Everyone I interacted with, Chandler, Matt, and the purchasing manager were great to work with and I would happily buy another bike from them if they had something in stock needing me to make the 6 hour trek.
