Had a fantastic experience with David in the service department. A true professional. I am on my fourth GMC product and moving forward I will only connect with David. He truly listens to your ENTIRE problem. ASKS probing questions. Has it completely repaired. Then explains thoroughly what was done and why. Pointed out several items that I should have been made aware of regarding my vehicle when it was delivered to me long ago. As an added bonus. Had me pop my hood and inspected and pointed out where there was evidence a small critter was crawling around in my engine compartment. I have already sent my sister to this dealership and will recommend to many others. So refreshing to be around a person who takes time to do things correctly rather than just rush you out the door. My Service Advisor, Dan, was outstanding—friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. The service was efficient, thorough, and five-star quality. This review is for the Service Department. We had an excellent experience with Sales. Service, however, has been a nightmare. Our Hummer EV SUV needed service for several issues. Worked with Edward "Eddie" Jimenez and had a ZERO star experience. - Poor customer service - does not address customer concerns and blames customer for his mistakes. This is not unique to Eddie, unfortunately, and this has been the experience for the past 4 times we have brought the vehicle to this center. - Repeated fails to complete requested and agreed upon repairs - Blames the customer for his mistakes and incompetence - If you are a woman - you will be treated as if you are incapable and dumb. Always repairs and maintenance done there. Dan is great Price isn’t exactly under their control and breaking the rear glass was totally my fault, but as long as the work is quality it’s alright. 285k miles and hoping to get to 385k.
