John is amazing, I had a series of issues with my car and he found and fixed them all perfectly. My car runs 10x times better than before! He won't try and pull a fast one on you, he understands that we (the customers) aren't made of money and works with you. He gives you the honest truth on what needs to be done, and what could be left in the back burner for a few months. Overall, he's a great and down to earth man. I have been to Capitol tire a few times now and each time they have blown me away with their service and efficiency. Especially John at the front counter is a class act. It was my third time there and he remembered my phone number and name by heart. After only a couple of times being there. No where else will you find this kind of business where they know there customers and treat them in such a familial manner. As far as there prices go, they have always been much cheaper than the big dealerships. A couple of hundred dollars cheaper sometimes. I’ve been charged a diagnostics fee before... 250 dollars just to tell me what was wrong with my car. Here they take a look, give you a call and tell you how much it’ll cost and then get it done. Absolutely fantastic.

Recently moved to the area and was in search of a trustworthy mechanic. A family member recommended we speak with John at Capitol Tire. He is better than they said and we've had them work on many aspects of our both our vehicles. No nonsense, just great work.
