Capitol Tires

Highly irritated with this place and the man who works here. Number 1 they advertise $40 tires but when I went to pay the lady told me $65. Saying different sizes OKAY WELL STATE THAT SO PEOPLE WILL BE AWARE IT MAY NOT BE $40. Secondly the man put the WRONG SIZE tire on my truck…when I drove off and made a few turns I noticed my car was not driving correctly. I immediately came back and let him know. He tried to blame my car not having hit right size on it at first which is false. If that was the case then it would’ve been driving wrong the whole time. So when I tell him it’s no way I had the wrong size on it and that he put the wrong size on it he proceeds to cuss the lady out and blame her “for giving him the wrong size tire”. SIR YOU ARE CONDUCTING THE SERVICE WHY DIDNT YOU CHECK BEFORE

Service took way longer than expected and I was the only one there! The guy didn’t know how to put the tire on the rim and for what ever reason he ripped off the valve! However they did replace the valve 2 months later. Because he couldn’t put the tire on the rim he gave me the tire and I took it somewhere else for them to put it on

Advertising “home of the $40 tires” and charging an extra 15 to install is crazy, just say they 55. That’s false advertising. Nonetheless , service great tires great. Installation was fast !

Great and friendly staff and quick and efficient in removing tire and replacing them. The African guy from Ghana was very good
