I am beyond grateful I went to Capitol Yamaha. They deserve more than 5 stars! There were no added dealer fees. Ernie truly knew what he was doing, was genuinely excellent at helping me, answering all my questions and made me feel comfortable through the whole process of purchasing a motorcycle for my son. Mike was great at going through the little details of the motorcycle. Larry was kind, knew all the things I needed to help us succeed and was patient later when I took my 6 year old in and we had lots of questions. I had a great experience overall with Capitol Yamaha. Ernie was excellent to work with — knowledgeable, patient, and straightforward throughout the entire process. I purchased a PW50 for my child, and I really appreciated that there were no extra fees or surprise charges after the purchase. Everything was transparent and exactly as discussed, which says a lot about the integrity of the dealership. The only part I wasn’t excited about was the pickup experience. When I came to pick up the bike, I expected it to feel a bit more special for my kid, but the bike was parked right next to other bikes, which took away from that moment a little.
